30-Day Returns

• You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
• Perishable or personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Start a Return

1. Email hello@gourmazia.com with your order number, the item(s) and your reason for returning.
2. We’ll send you a Return Authorisation and instructions.
3. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or a store credit—your choice.
• If you’d like to exchange an item, mention it in your return email; additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
